This notice covers the sign-up form of Beatrice's waitlist on beatriceai.it, under article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Italian version prevails.

2What we collect
Your email address, the profile you choose (individual, professional, company) and, if you write it, what you would use Beatrice for. Along with these: the language of the page, the date of the sign-up and the version of this notice.
Your IP address is only used to limit abuse of the form: it stays in the server's memory for 10 minutes and is never stored.
3Why we process it
To run the waitlist, decide the order of invitations and write to you about beta access. We don't send advertising, we don't sell or share the data and we don't profile you.
4Legal basis
Your request to be invited: pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the data subject (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5How long
Until the beta invitation and in any case no longer than 12 months after signing up; then the data is deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.
6Where and who
The data is kept on servers in the European Union, at a hosting provider (Contabo GmbH) acting as processor. We don't transfer it outside the European Union.
7Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (arts. 15–21 GDPR) by writing to matteo@feroldi.cloud.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
